We mix R'n'R & Jive together except when a song is just way too fast to Jive to. The only reason R'n'R can be danced to faster music than Jive is that you're doing less. We love mixing both together!

Jive is danced EIGHT steps for every SIX beats of music & R'n'R is danced 6 for every 6 so the mix is a guaranteed work out!
