Kari's Call To Arms Workshop

Everyone sees Kari dancing & observes how beautiful it is. If you watch closely, many times what she is doing is embellishing the dance with beautiful arm movements.

In this workshop Kari will take you through the "recipe" that will get you started in developing the graceful movements as well.

MEN v LADIES
Like Tim, a lot of guys don't want to be doing too much with arms and would rather the focus remained on the lady. That's ok... the men in the workshop can follow the movements & then choose which ones to do or not.

​

PREPARATION
Leading up to this workshop our Monday Mixed Class at Balcatta will cover most of the dances that we will be doing. Swing Waltz, Merilyn, Lucille, Tangoette and others of course.

In the workshop itself, of course, we will revise the footwork for each dance before we teach the arms. The focus will most definitely be on the arms, so you will feel much more comfortable if you are already practiced with the dances.

REMEMBER THOUGH... You don't need to know all of the dances above as the arms are pretty much the same or similar for all of the dances
